How We Did It

Survey Results To understand how Hong Kongers perceive Chinese traditional healing principles, we distributed an online survey to 52 respondents.	Customer Journey Map We wanted to make sure customers continue with the journey of YUMONY to keep improving their health according to traditional Chinese principles.
