IKEA Redesign: Video
Redesigning the IKEA HK Digital Experience
IKEA
The scenario is for a family to design & decorate a new place by themselves, to gather and consolidate ideas, ultimately purchasing, packing, moving, storing and unpacking.
As IKEA holds the strategy leading users to focus on their in-store experience, and to maximize their impulsive purchase while wandering in the store.
Our team’s goal was to build a multi-channel systems that best optimizes the in-store experience, also helping family members to exchange ideas.
